Jeremy is married to Shana, a native of Baltimore, and finds the challenge of living in a mixed marriage of an Orioles/Ravens fan and a Yankees/Jets fan exhilarating. They moved to Baltimore in 2005, and are adoptive parents to 3 rescue cats: Clinton, Tigger, Jelly and 1 rescue dog: Jovi. Jeremy was a high school swimmer and still enjoys a variety of recreational sports.
As a member of the Maryland SportsCare and Rehab team in Pikesville, Jeremy’s pre-participation screening helps establish each athlete’s individual needs. Thorough musculoskeletal and biomechanical movement evaluations determine the individual needs of each patient. Each patient receives an appropriate, innovative, challenging and effective training program including aspects of strength, flexibility, balance/proprioception, speed, and agility training geared toward optimizing functional potential.
