Christopher Roosa, DPT, MTC

Christopher Roosa specializes in manual therapy of the spine and extremities and athletic injury rehabilitation. He is the clinical director of our Eldersburg location, which give him responsibility for day-to-day operations in addition to treating patients.

Chris recently completed his manual therapy certification. This is one of the most advanced specialty areas in physical therapy and certifies that he is proficient in diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal injuries of the spine and extremities. It also signifies his competency in advanced manipulation techniques.

Chris joined Maryland SportsCare & Rehab after completing his doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Saint Augustine in Florida, where he trained under some of the nation's top doctors and physical therapists. His undergraduate degree is in health science from Clemson University in South Carolina.

Chris is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Maryland Physical Therapy Association.
