Maryland SportsCare & Rehab’s Well Care Fitness Program is a supervised, post-rehabilitation program designed to help you maintain an active and healthy lifestyle once you are discharged from physical or occupational therapy services.

Enrollment in our Well Care Program includes:

• Continued use of our state-of-the art facilities including free weights, stationary bicycles and elliptical machines.
  
  
• A customized training program designed by our professional staff of strength and conditioning specialists and exercise physiologists.
  
  
• Access to knowledgeable and friendly staff members who are always available to answer questions regarding your exercise program.
