These highly effective sports fitness training programs are geared toward healthy athletes and those who are post-rehabilitation. This sports specific training has maximized the performances of volleyball players, marathon runners and swimmers, as well as weekend warriors.
When you enroll in our sports training programs, you will:
Receive a four- to six-week tailor-made training program based on your sport-specific goals, whether they involve sports agility training, sports strength training or sports fitness training. Your program will include weight, plyometric, agility and endurance training, plus injury prevention education.
Work with our professional, knowledgeable staff of certified strength and conditioning specialists, sports fitness trainers and exercise physiologists in a sports training facility.
